Empowered Global Solutions (EGS) was founded in 2005 with a clear mission: to connect skilled professionals with organizations that drive progress across the nation. What began as a small, women-owned business providing administrative and technical staffing quickly grew into a trusted partner supporting complex federal, state, and commercial programs.

Over the years, EGS has expanded its capabilities in Engineering, IT, Environmental, Construction, and Program Management services. Our growth has been guided by a commitment to integrity, quality, and performance—principles that continue to define who we are today.
